POSITION SUMMARY
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a critical role in executing BOND’s brand and marketing initiatives across channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of concurrent workstreams with precision, while maintaining a strong sense of quality and brand standards.
Core Responsibilities
Support the execution of BOND’s marketing strategy across digital, print, experiential, and brand channels.
Manage and coordinate a large number of concurrent marketing workstreams, ensuring clear prioritization, accountability, and timely delivery across all initiatives.
Build and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and tracking systems to keep multiple campaigns and deliverables moving efficiently.
Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards across all touchpoints.
Manage day-to-day communication and workflow with external agencies, designers, and vendors, holding partners accountable to timelines, quality, and expectations.
Assist in planning and executing premium events and brand experiences, including logistics, guest coordination, and on-site support.
Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and marketing materials to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization.
Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic initiatives into clearly defined execution plans.
Support content development across channels, including website updates, email campaigns, social media, and presentation materials.
Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks.
Ensure a high level of attention to detail and quality control across all marketing outputs.
Operate as a hands-on contributor, willing to take on both strategic support and tactical execution as needed.
Be available to work in-office and travel on short notice to support events, content creation, and leadership initiatives.
qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, program management, or project coordination roles.
Experience within luxury, premium, hospitality, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Program or project management experience within a marketing or advertising agency environment strongly preferred.
Highly organized with strong project management discipline, including experience building timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of quality and execution.
Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors, with the ability to manage workflows and drive outcomes.
Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills; able to operate professionally in high-touch environments.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage or founder-led environment with evolving priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email platforms, analytics, project management tools).
Interest in luxury, aviation, travel, or high-end consumer experiences.
Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
Work environment
Hybrid onsite 3 days per week at NYC office (Meatpacking district)/2 days remote
Flexibility to travel on short notice to support events, shoots, and leadership activities
