Brandon began his career in Human Resources shortly after graduating, building a strong foundation in people operations and organizational support from 2020 to 2022. This early experience provided him with a holistic understanding of workforce needs and the critical role talent plays in driving business success.

In 2022, he transitioned into technical recruiting, where he specialized in information technology roles across a range of industries, including fintech, electric vehicle, and banking organizations. As a highly technical infrastructure recruiter, Brandon supported complex hiring needs across core IT functions, developing deep expertise in evaluating specialized skill sets and aligning talent with critical business initiatives.

His performance and leadership led to a promotion to Senior Technical Recruiter in 2024. He later advanced into the role of Lead MSP Recruiter, where he focused on staffing large, enterprise-level clients. In this capacity, Brandon managed high-volume and highly specialized hiring initiatives while ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term workforce alignment.

At Summit Search Consultants, Brandon operates as an Associate Search Consultant, partnering closely with clients to execute executive search engagements for growth-oriented and investor-backed companies. Brandon brings a pragmatic, detail-driven approach to his work, delivering talent solutions that support immediate hiring needs while contributing to long-term business success. Brandon is passionate about building lasting relationships and brings a people-first approach his work, with a strong emphasis on understanding organizational fit from both a personality and professional experience perspective.
