A European private equity firm was under pressure to professionalize a fragmented, multi-site healthcare services organization—but lacked the financial leadership to do it.
With only an interim CFO in place, the firm needed a permanent, high-impact finance executive to steer the company through integration, growth, and future scalability.
The challenge? The role demanded a rare hybrid: a CFO with experience in $200M+ PE-backed or public healthcare services companies, who could lead in decentralized, patient-centric environments, and operate at both strategic and operational levels.
This niche talent pool was incredibly narrow, and the stakes were high. The client needed a partner who could canvas the market precisely, benchmark the interim CFO, and surface leaders capable of driving transformation from day one.

We proceeded to headhunt each candidate through 7+ touchpoints and multiple interviews over phone and video.
This resulted in several highly-qualified candidates of interest alongside their interim CFO.
