Jason joined SSC in 2015. With well over 200 placements to his credit, Jason believes in working hard, working quickly, and listening intently to his clients’ needs. Some of Jason’s recruiting projects have included helping an HCM SaaS company grow from 50 Nationwide sales representatives to over 300 in just 18 months, recruiting 60 new sales leaders for an expansion division of a Fortune 500 corporation, and being exclusively retained for a robotics start-up adding 50+ sales and marketing roles in just 6 months.

Prior to joining SSC, Jason was an award-winning sales leader for Stryker Instruments, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson. He’s personally sold, or directly managed, over $100 Million in medical device sales. He’s personally hired Fortune 500 Rookie/Rep of the Year candidates, written compensation plans and designed regional territory alignments.

Those same skills apply when recruiting for start-ups or large corporations: finding the best talent and fit for each role is critical. Jason still approaches every search as if it was for his own team.
