DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


Mike started his career in 2012 in quality assurance for a contract manufacturer. From there, he branched out on his own and put his entrepreneurial spirit to use opening his own manufacturing brokering company. While working as his own CEO and founder, he developed a strong passion for business development and client service.

True to this passion, Mike transitioned into the transportation industry where he oversaw and sold his company’s Agency Partnership Program for the Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island territory. He spent five years in that role building strong, productive partnerships while driving an increase of over $5MM in revenue.

Eager for a new challenge, Mike pivoted into the Executive Search and Recruitment field. Here, he worked in business development, building strong teams within the Pharmaceutical and Contract Research industry. In his first two years, Mike was responsible for 45 placements, each of which played a role in the ongoing success and growth of his clients' organizations. As Director of Business Development at Summit Search Consultants, Mike is looking forward to using his creative approach and passion for building partnerships to help growing organizations of every size continue to thrive with best-fit executive talent across every function.
