Nina brings a dynamic approach to executive recruitment, management consulting, and project management. After graduating with her Bachelor's of Science in Economics with honors, Nina briefly ventured into marketing before starting her career in executive search.
Commencing her journey with Summit in 2019, Nina quickly ascended from an Associate Recruiter to Executive Recruiter, specializing in healthcare. Nina went on to join an industry-leading executive search firm where she served as a Senior Consultant before returning to Summit in 2023, where she now acts as Recruiting Operations Manager.
Her expertise spans stealth startups through to F500 organizations, where she has successfully placed Director-level executives through to C-Suite executives, covering every function from finance and HR to operations, clinical affairs, marketing, development, general management, and more.

VP, Clinical Affairs for a $5B medical device company
CHRO for a PE-backed healthcare organization
Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer at a multi-billion dollar medical device company

Currently, as a key player in managing recruitment operations at Summit, Nina continues to apply her deep understanding of the executive recruitment landscape. In her free time, Nina and her golden retriever, Ember, enjoy spending time outdoors in the landscapes of Montana and British Columbia.
