PRESIDENT

Our client, XY Planning Network (XYPN) is the leading advisor support platform for fee-only financial advisors who want to launch, run, and grow independent firms on their own terms. Founded by financial planners for financial planners, XYPN provides the technology, compliance support, community, business solutions, education, and operational infrastructure advisors need to build profitable, client-centered firms without sacrificing independence.

Today, XYPN supports a growing national network of more than 2,200 fee-only financial advisors committed to delivering accessible, fiduciary financial planning to clients across the country. Their members retain 100% ownership of their businesses, client relationships, data, and brand while leveraging the collective support, expertise, and resources of the XYPN ecosystem.

At XYPN, they believe financial advice should be more accessible, transparent, and aligned with clients’ best interests. Their mission is to help advisors build meaningful businesses that allow them to better serve their clients, their communities, and their own lives.

As a mission-driven and rapidly evolving organization, XYPN is entering its next phase of operational scale, organizational maturity, and market impact. The President will play a critical role in helping the organization scale effectively while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative culture, and member-first philosophy that define XYPN.

XYPN is a bootstrapped, founder-owned company that has not taken institutional capital. Through their ESOP, team members also share in the company’s ownership and long-term success. That independence shapes both their culture and how they make decisions: they are building XYPN to fulfill its mission over the long term, not toward an eventual sale or on the timeline of a private equity fund. The right President will value that independence and be energized by the opportunity to build a durable company with an intentionally long-term horizon.
